Malta Enterprise is operating the first Business Incubation Centre in Malta
The industrial groups that this project is targeting include:

a) Information and communication technologies (ICT);

b) Mechanical and electrical engineering design of equipment systems, as well as product design;

c) Renewable energy resources;

d) Biotechnology; and

e) Other innovative projects, which are more advanced than those prevailing in the
respective industry, in terms of technology, know-how and skills.

The project offers business planning assistance including linkage to expert advice, access to finance, the utilisation of common areas and office space.

The Kordin Business Incubation Centre, former European Business Innovation Network associate member has successfully been awarded with the European Community Business Innovation Centre (BIC) accreditation by the European BIC Network (EBN).
